Who We Are

Woman holding cauliflowerGarden Partners, a not-for-profit organization, has been serving the Portland metropolitan area since 1999. For ten years we designed and delivered therapeutic horticulture programs to elder-care facilities throughout Portland, Oregon. As well as one program which we still run for at-risk children. Now in our second decade we are providing support services to ensure that therapeutic gardening programs thrive in and around the Portland-Metro area.
